Dr. Mai El-Darawy Showcases Lavander Life’s Franchise Development Journey at FRANEX Expo 2026
Lavander Life shares its transformation into a franchise-ready brand during a panel highlighting success stories from Egypt’s first franchise accelerator initiative

Cairo, Egypt – Dr. Mai El-Drawy, Chairwoman of Lavander Life Group, participated as a featured speaker during the second day of FRANEX Expo 2026 – the Egyptian-Saudi International Franchise Exhibition, where she presented the Group’s franchise development journey during the panel discussion titled “From Preparation to Expansion: Success Stories from the First Franchise Brand Accelerator Initiative.”
During the session, Dr. El-Drawy highlighted Lavander Life Group’s experience as one of the brands participating in the Franchise Accelerator Program organized by Franchise International Consultant. She outlined the company’s transformation process, including the development of its franchise system, the preparation of operational standards, and the strategic vision for expanding into local, regional, and international markets.
The panel brought together several leading experts in franchising and business development, including Dr. Abeer Gelaih, Chief Executive Officer of the National Franchise Companies Group and Founder of the Egyptian-Saudi International Franchise Exhibition; Mr. Rashid Quraishi, Franchise and Business Development Consultant; and Mr. Walid Kamal, Legal Consultant. The discussion was also attended by entrepreneurs, investors, and representatives of leading Egyptian brands.
The session featured a number of brands participating in the accelerator initiative, including Al Malaky, Itqan, Hag Arafa, and Sobia El Rahmani, each presenting its experience in developing a franchise-ready business model and preparing for future expansion.
Dr. El-Drawy’s participation reflects Lavander Life Group’s ongoing strategy to establish itself as a scalable franchise brand following the launch of its comprehensive franchise development program. The initiative strengthens the Group’s readiness for expansion across Arab and African markets while supporting its long-term vision of building an internationally recognized Egyptian brand.
