Swiss Foundation elea Visits Lavander Life Factory to Review Women Empowerment Programs

Representatives of the Swiss foundation elea visited Lavander Life’s factory in Mansoura to assess the impact of the company’s women empowerment and vocational training initiatives.

Lavander Life welcomed a delegation from the Swiss foundation elea to its manufacturing facility located within the Mansoura Business Incubator.

During the visit, the delegation reviewed the company’s women empowerment programs and met beneficiaries who had successfully transitioned from training to professional production roles.

The factory currently supports women from different backgrounds, including housewives, female breadwinners, and cancer survivors, by providing specialized training in leather, cotton, and linen manufacturing.

The visit highlighted the success of Lavander Life’s model in combining economic empowerment with sustainable production and social impact.
